Yoga Rose Liability Policy

Yoga Rose is committed to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. However, it is important to acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activities such as yoga.

By participating in any classes, workshops, or events hosted by Yoga Rose, you agree to the following terms:

• Personal Belongings: Yoga Rose is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings while participants are attending classes or any other activities.

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in yoga classes and related activities may involve physically strenuous movements and carries the risk of personal injury, property loss, or in extreme cases, death. By choosing to participate, individuals do so voluntarily and with full knowledge of these risks.

• Release of Liability: Neither participants, their heirs, assigns, nor legal representatives shall hold Yoga Rose or any of its team members liable for any injury, property damage, or wrongful death. This release applies whether any harm is caused by negligence or any other reason.

Please note that by attending any class or event hosted by Yoga Rose, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in full as part of the booking process.

For participants or instructors who require the original Liability Waiver document for reference, it can be downloaded below. However, it is not necessary for practitioners to fill it out or return it, as accepting these terms is mandatory when booking classes at Yoga Rose.
