Black Lotus Weekend Workshop Sat 21 June & Sun 22 for Mysore class
Service Description
Join us for a whole weekend of Black Lotus. This is a new and exciting vinyasa flow sequence developed by Ty Landrum, International Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, over the past few years. There are 6 series in total with varying shades of white, gray and black in each series. We'll guide you through Series 1 starting with a led class taking you through white, gray and black options. Then after a short break we'll look at the postures one by one, taking time to explain the differences between the shades of white, gray and black versions and practice technique. On Sunday you'll have the opportunity to practice what you've learned in a Mysore style class setting. We're looking forward to sharing this dynamic, fun and energising sequence with you.

Any cancellation made up to 24 hours before a session will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will incur a 100% fee. You may reschedule your booking at any time up to 24 hours before a session is scheduled to begin.
