Service Description
Join Jean on Tuesday 25th August 2026 at 5.30pm for the second in the series of pop up workshops at Yoga Rose. The aim of this workshop is to create space, mobility and stability in the hip area. We'll look at postures from Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate as well as Black Lotus Yoga to explore the hips and what preps and props might help us in our practice.

Any cancellation made up to 24 hours before a session will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will incur a 100% fee.
