Service Description
Led Black Lotus Yoga Class with Jean. Black Lotus is a new and exciting vinyasa flow developed by International Ashtanga Yoga teacher Ty Landrum, and has grown in popularity rapidly over the last couple of years. Jean has done additional intensive Black Lotus teacher training with Ty Landrum himself! Come along on Wednesday evenings and leave feeling energised by this new yoga system. No experience of Black Lotus is necessary as you'll be led through the postures, with lots of options offered to make this class accessible to all levels of students. Also suitable for those already practicing Black Lotus in a Mysore style class and wish to consolidate their existing skills. Available to book in 5 class pack for £60 or £15 drop in.

Any cancellation made up to 24 hours before a session will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will incur a 100% fee.
