Service Description
Learn how to safely assist your students in this useful, practical, hands on workshop with Rose Ann. Perfect for yoga teachers but being a teacher isn't essential. Also suitable for yoga students who wish to develop an understanding of how and why assists are used in Ashtanga yoga for their own personal development. This first workshop will focus mainly on the primary series, helping you understand how, when and where to assist in seated and standing postures and backbends.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made up to 24 hours before a session will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will incur a 100% fee. You may reschedule your booking at any time up to 24 hours before a session is scheduled to begin.
