I’ve been practicing yoga since 1993 and elevated my practice to 6 days a week in 2013. Rose Ann started teaching Mysore at MCY and I couldn’t wait to be under her guidance, having practiced in the same Mysore room and blown away by her practice! My practice has gone from strength to strength with her gentle encouragement. Rose Ann teaches from a place of safety, openness and the right amount of encouragement. Only a very experienced teacher can achieve that. I am at age 60, yes 60! and to be able to keep practicing the way I do is really important to me and I love having Rose Ann help take my practice to new levels.
