Cathy Moran (ASHTANGA YOGA GLASGOW) & YOGAROSE , we will join Cathy on zoom at the Nazarene hall Sunday 17th November at 10.00 am for a special practice in honour of our dear teacher Sharath Jois who died tragically on Monday.
Together we will move through a full primary series class led by his voice, followed by some chanting, a talk and tea . Sharath dedicated his life to preserving and sharing the ashtanga tradition and this session is an opportunity for our community to gather together and connect with his spirit through breath, movement and presence, and to remember him through shared stories.
