Join Rose Ann for the first of a series of pop up workshops. Suitable for all levels of students from beginners to advanced.
The mechanics of back bending require the shoulders and hips to be opened, and then the quads, arms and upper back awakens. When these parts of the body work together a back bend lengthens and opens the spine. Rose Ann will show what drills and preparations you need to do to improve your back bends in this workshop.
