Learn how to safely assist your students in this useful, practical, hands on workshop with Rose Ann.


Perfect for yoga teachers but being a teacher isn't essential. Also suitable for yoga students who wish to develop an understanding of how and why assists are used in Ashtanga yoga for their own personal development.


This first workshop will focus mainly on the primary series, helping you understand how, when and where to assist in seated and standing postures and backbends.


Saturday 30th August 2025 10am till 12 noon. Only £30.
